According to the EU general data protection regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR"), the personal data provided will be used as automated tools for the web services management offered by this website (hereinafter, FRICoRe eLearning website) run by the University of Trento (hereinafter, University), within the institutional purposes of the FRICoRe Project, funded by the Justice Programme of the European Union.

According to the referred legislation, the processing of data is inspired by principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance and non surplus and by the protection of rights and privacy of the persons involved.

Processing data’s purposes

The University informs that personal data are processed within the FRICoRe Project institutional purposes, especially for what concern the web services management offered by the FRICoRe eLearning's website.

The information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate this web site acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols. Such information is not collected in order to relate it to identified data subjects, however it might allow user identification per se after being processed and matched with data held by third parties. These data are only used to extract anonymous statistical information on website use as well as to check its functioning, and they will be retained for no longer than necessary to processing data. The data might be used to establish liability in case computer crimes are committed against the website.

This website provides some contact and registration forms which allow the user to provide some Personal Data, such as first and last name, email address, nationality, professional role and affiliation. The sending of personal data, including email address, which is done on a freely chosen basis, explicit, and voluntary option, entails the acquisition of the same data only in order to satisfy user’s requests and to manage the purposes of this webiste.

These fulfillments will not be made if impossible, or if it entails a disproportionate use of means compared to the protected right.
  • The right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of data.
